My name is Armin, and photography has been my hobby since I got my first point-and-shoot camera (a Ricoh AF-5) in 1985. Around 1988, I progressed to a Minolta X-700 SLR, which served me well until about two years ago.

Having accumulated a lot of nice lenses and equipment over the years, the step into Digital SLR photography was hard to make -- I did not want to reduce the quality and variety of options.

Currently, I am very happy with my Nikon D90 and two zoom lenses (Nikkor 18-200 and 70-300). A super wide-angle lens is high on my wish list.

Please provide feedback about my photographs. I love to learn and get better over time...
